Thanks for supporting our small, local business! Every item in our store is made to order, crafted just for you. Because we operate as a print-on-demand business, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us — and we’ll do our best to help if there’s an issue with your order.

Exchanges

If your item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, we may be able to offer an exchange. Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@portlandstreetwear.com with the following information:

             Your order number

             A brief description of the issue

             Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.

Please Note:

             All items are custom-made and cannot be restocked or resold, which is why we cannot accept returns.

             We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues, as detailed size guides are provided on every product page to help you choose the best fit.

             Shipping fees for exchanges (if approved) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
